You technician was excellent. Great customer service from Teresa at the office . Will certainly be using them for all our heating and air requirements.
Called at 430pm and received call back by 9am next morning and was able to schedule same day. Teresa was wonderful to talk to and work with around my work schedule and Brent was a great technician. In and out without trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I called to have an issue fixed on HVAC unit and Eric came out to investigate. The result ended in needing a completely new system. The temperatures were the dog days of summer, and the office personnel insured me that they would do their best to get this work moved up to have an install scheduled. With in the next week a crew was at the house and installed a completely new system inside and out. The guys are very professional and friendly. I would recommend Plasters to anyone needing either service or install. GREAT WORK PLASTERS HEATING & AIR!!!!!!!

Brett was terrific. He quickly diagnosed the issue and advised us on the importance of periodic maintenance. We took out a yearly contract with Plasters.

Plasters did a great job replacing my old, inefficient mini-split with a Mitsubishi system. Everyone was very responsive and professional. Equipment was ordered and installed quickly. I cannot say enough good things about the installers; they went above and beyond - even re- insulating/fastening lines, and calking around all outside openings where wires and tubing passed through the wall. VERY CLEAN INSTALL! System is working great! ?

Plasters is a great place right from my initial phone call! So very helpful and since we had no AC they were able to have a tech come out that afternoon, it was amazing! Eric was great, very friendly and very thorough, he checked the outside unit and the inside and gave us options to help make it last til we could get a new unit, which we are doing very soon! I recommend this company very highly and definitely give them 5 stars across the board, you will not be disappointed!!
Update: After the initial visit letting us know what we were facing, I then spoke with Cassie, the business manager so we could talk finances and she immediately was able to schedule a full system install in about a week and half. Everyone came out this morning (5/22/2024), right on time, and went to work dismantling and the installing our brand new unit. It went totally awesome, everything is working great and our house is now cooling off! Thank you to the guys that installed our system and thank you so much to Cassie for all of your help in figuring things out! I recommend this company very highly, they are absolutely hands down the best! Thank you so much!

I cannot share enough about how great this company is. From the initial conversation with Ben the Owner, to the scheduling of my appointment. They contacted me 30 minutes before they were arriving at my house. Brett, the tech that showed up was very professional and personalable, but more importantly he listened to what I needed to be checked out, and was was extremely thorough during his diagnosis of the issues and corrected/fixed the issues in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you!!

I was shocked, same day service. They let me know when the tech was on his way, even sent a link with gps tracking. Amazing service, diagnosed the problem in under 5 minutes. Replaced the part and stayed until the unit was working properly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely hands down the best AC company in the Winchester area! Brett and Logan came by on time and we're able to diagnose and fix the AC problem with ease. They were great and Plasters will always have my business!
