Had an appointment with Richard for an estimate on a mini split. He showed up on time looked the job over and said he would email me the quote. Seven days later after six phone calls (with messages) one email, still no response. On day seven I called and said don't bother. The excuse was from the office they were very busy. How long does it take to make a phone call to let someone know what's going on? Very unprofessional.

Bennington Coolig and Heating arrived when they said they would for an estimate visit. After we received the estimate we asked for a revision, that came within two days. We gave the go-ahead and four days later they were on-site installing a new Mini-split in an upstairs apartment. The job was done neatly, each step was explained to us and the overall install was done in one workday. Excellent work throughout, and the office staff were very helpful and friendly to us as well as were the on-site craftsmen. A+ in my book.

Better hope you don't have an emergency! Waited 3 days for a call back with water flowing into my basement. Got the runaround everytime I called. Do NOT use these people!?

We have used this company several times and they resolved our issue every time. We do not live there in the winter so it is great to have someone we trust be able to go out and fix the heat to keep our pipes from freezing. We have a wifi thermostat and they helped us install that so we can monitor things when we are away.

A fabulous company to do business with. Extremely accommodating. Recently had a wireless thermostat installed in my unit and running the cable wire from the attic to the new thermostat was a challenge. Jonathan and Josh were so patient and completed the job perfectly. Both explained everything to us and were so polite and professional. Both represented Bennington very well.
