We had lots of concerning holes around the property and were afraid we had a groundhog problem. Shawn came out and assessed everything, set a live trap and filled in holes to determine if any of them were still active. So far, no problems! Only one pesky skunk, which Shawn relocated. He is very knowledgeable and we will be using him again should a problem arise.

Showed up at our house one time to talk a big talk about raccoons and took a $500 advance (receipt attached as proof) to order materials to block the raccoons from entering our house. NEVER showed up again. No response to texts, phone calls. Do not use this company or owner.

Will have to pursue him to get some of my money back, as he did only half of the job with wasp removal, I still have them entering my house, because he would have had to come back one more time, and he even refuse to take my calls. Definitely dishonesty as he said when he fist came here that he would take care of the problem completely. These wasp as still entering under a siding board that is just above a basement window. It is not the last that he hears from me, something i do not like to do, but must in this case....beware of consumer dealing with him.
