We recently moved to the area, we are glad we found Butch to do our work. I called Butch and left a message, he returned my call later that day and set up an appointment which fit my schedule. Butch arrived on time on the day of the appointment and assessed the work I had. He explained everything and quoted me a fair price. I agreed to the work, Butch did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Butch also gave me information on other work my wife and I are planning to have done. I will definitely use Butch again.
Butch was communicative and quick. Sorted me out in no time at all. Plus he showed me around his mobile lock repair rig which is wicked cool. Would absolutely recommend, thanks.

All aspects of my experience with Dick’s Lock Repair were smooth. I received a prompt call back, set up the appointment, met at the location (they were early/on time). I was impressed with their work truck which is clean and organized, ready for anything. They assessed the padlock and set to work with a diamond grinder as the position of the lock prevented the more typical drilling of the keyhole. Work took ten minutes. They supplied and I purchased a replacement lock which they helped set up. Payment options were clear and easy. 100% top notch professional, quality and experience at every step, very nice too. I felt the pricing was fair and frankly price really wasn't a top consideration because in these situations the quality and assurance are paramount and Dick’s is exactly the kind of company you want.

Highly recommend! Outstanding service from our first telephone discussion until the completion of service.
Very detailed oriented, gave us best options for each lock, thorough, strived to have each lock be perfect, and minimized the number of key's required for the total number of locks.
Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
Now our go to locksmith!

Butch was terrific to work with. I moved into a new house and needed to develop an entirely new security plan. Butch came out and talked to me about the pros/cons of different choices always with security in mind. He came up with a solution that was both the safest and most cost-effective for the long-term. He then installed exactly what I wanted in an incredibly clean and thorough manner. I recommend him very highly. Thanks Butch!
