I love BED. It is always my pleasure to now pay my bill in advance instead of just ontime. The monthly bills are amazingly super low for all the electricity I must use. I must praise them for the times they were able to keep the power from going out when the winds of doom were howling loud outside, especially when I am watching scary ghost demon movies hehe. Last year, I was watching the scariest movie, where the ghosts attack when the lights went out in the movie, and it happened, reality at the same time. It was not funny at the time, but hilarious now. This apartment has history, but still cozy as heck. Thomas Edison would be proud of the finest electric company this side of the Milky Way.

Thank you so much Burlington Electric for spelling my email wrong, Im so glad that I never got any bills or notifications from you until it all went to collections. No phone call, no good old paper notification through the mail that said hey you have over due bills. Nothing. Just an alert from your collections agency that I owe you money. I love that I always pay my bills on time except for your bills because of your mistake. Well done Burlington Electric.

I wish that other businesses has had the same amazing customer service as Burlington Electric Department! I needed to change over the account name and bank account information on an apartment that I own. I sent an email last night, and the transition was made before 9 AM this morning! Thank you, Andi! I also find their rates to be very reasonable.

Rates have been pretty damn stable for quite some time, years. If a storm knocks something down they are out there immediately to fix it. Great city asset. I don't know why someone said online bill pay is always down, works for me every time no problems, my preferred way to pay.
