As someone that knows very little about electrical, you came to the right place. While working with my electrician, I was able to get a pretty good sense as to what I would need for my backyard electrical needs which included a hot tub, a summer kitchen, and a shed, all needing power. Even though Alex, who answered the phone, is not a licensed electrician, boy was he helpful! Today was probably my fourth call for pricing and questions. Each time I called; Alex answered with the same positive, happy-to-help energy that I got on the first call. For someone that is trying to decipher the notes from the electrician, Alex made me feel confident in what I was trying to relay, gave me follows up to have with the electrician, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Thank you, Alex, for everything over the past two weeks and for answering my MANY questions. GMES, please take notice. Alex is representing your company extremely well and you are extremely fortunate to have someone like him working for you.

The inverters on my 15 year old solar electric system all failed. I shopped around at over a dozen places on the internet for replacements or repairs. A lot of companies sold junk, overpriced equipment, or the sales people did not posses the knowledge and skills to help me. When I found GMES on the internet, they were underselling the competition with their prices. The web site was logically laid out, and they provided the quantity of stock they have on hand. Most of the competition did not even have any stock! I called GMES and I was helped by Ryan. He knows a great deal about solar equipment and he was able to help me choose the right inverters for my system. He put my order together and it was ready for shipping as soon as my payment was received. I called back and spoke with Nick to make my payment and he helped me get free shipping and took my payment. I received my order within days of placing it. After the inverters were installed, the incredibly knowledgeable Ryan was very helpful with support questions. A few things that sets GMES apart from the other sellers: The team took their time with me to answer questions, no interruptions or putting me on hold to take other calls. They know about the products they sell. Everyone has their own phone extension and when you call that person, they pick up within 3 rings with no answer machine! Wow!
