Adam is the BEST. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. From the outset, he was timely, kind, and great about scheduling.
My husband and I are purchasing our first home together and knew nothing about where to find the main water shutoff, how to test breakers, etc. Adam kindly let me follow him around/hover during the inspection, and he explained everything. What he was testing, how to service or maintain things in our future home, etc. He tested stuff I didn't know even existed. I am beyond grateful to have found Adam and feel so much more comfortable/confident in my home purchase now!

Adam at Champlain Valley Home Inspection is professional, experienced and thorough. I'm about to use him for a second home inspection because I was highly impressed with the methodical review in his inspection and detailed comprehensive report he produced afterward a previous home inspection. Adam saved me from one bad property and he's worth every penny.

I recently had Adam conduct a home inspection on a 11 bedroom, 10 bath house built in the 19th century and I couldn't be happier with his service. From the very beginning, Adam was prompt to answer my call and was available quickly to conduct the inspection.

Adam was super friendly and phenomenal in every way. Very thorough, took the time to explain his concerns during the actual inspection and knowledgeable about older homes. His report was clear, many photos which really helped guide us directly to the concern. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Adam was friendly, very thorough and informative. Following him around during our home inspection, I learned a lot. He visited areas multiple times to make sure got everything and he made sure to thoroughly investigate things that I had concerns about. Wouldn't hesitate to book another of his home inspections. We contacted Adam to set up a property inspection of a house we are under contract for. He was very friendly and worked with us to accommodate our schedule. Very communicative and helpful with any questions we had.
Inspection day he was right on time and ready to go. Very professional and thorough, and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable asking questions and explaining what he was looking for and seeing.
The inspection report was promptly written up, and very well organized and detailed, with plenty of pictures to help clarify any issues. Overall Adam was a pleasure to work with and we were more than satisfied with his performance. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing a property and home inspection.
