I only go here to service my lawn mower snow blower however they do have motorcycles at times I'm not sure if you can buy new ones I've honestly never really noticed but plenty of off road riding gear seems to be available. And their service desk is wonderful.
Rented a brush mower last month. Terrible customer service, expensive, and rude. Firstly it was delivered to the wrong address. No call upon delivery. Only by luck I was driving by and saw the mower sitting in the neighbors driveway.
Mower was of terrible quality and was nearly impossible to start due to the clutch between the blades and engine not disengaging. Still charged full price. Was impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Would not reccomend.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! We brought our older Artic Cat here for repair, they told us it would need $4-5,000 worth of repairs to run properly again and that we should trade it in (for a great price ;-) and buy a new one off the lot.
We then took it to Troy Powersports in NH, they fixed it for $250...runs as good as new.
Will never step foot in this place again.

I am an amateur radio operator. I used to rent a man lift for antenna work, one weekend every two years. The last time, they demanded I buy insurance from my own insurance broker if I were to damage their equipment. Such a policy is only available on an annual basis. Had to buy a years worth of insurance for a 3 day rental. The insurance cost as much as the equipment rental. I have not rented from them since, nor do I shop for anything there.

I have bought many pieces of equipment and trailers from Brown's they are friendly and easy to work with.
