I gave this a 2 star review. The reason is below. I gave it a 5 star review because those are the only ones that they appear to read. Please go with the 2 star review or less, this place has gone down hill.
You can never reach them by phone to ask questions. Because it always goes to an automated that says they are helping other customers. Please call back later and their prices are very high, not a very good store anymore.
I ordered online..
My order was ready when they said it would be! Got everything I needed to work on 3 different home projects. And an employee loaded all the heavy bags into my car!

Used to be a great local place to shop, now that Aubuchon owns it they will not answer the phones, prices for goods that are damaged or missing pieces are WAY too high, and the corporate slogan is we fleece you because of inflation. Why wouldn’t the store manager address the criticism instead of some corporate email address they reply with to negative reviews that probably goes to nowhere just like the answering service. Redirects you back to the business location?? Why?

First purchase online here - we usually cruise the store in person. Got added discounts and was notified via text when my order was ready! Easy to pickup my order so I'm a happy customer. Will order again online! Thanks!

Very nice people! Helpful and knowledgeable. So much nicer than the big hardware stores where I can never find what I need and usually can't find anyone to help me. I also appreciate the fact that they take UPS packages. Highly recommend.
