I called to ask about rubbish services, the lady cut me off and was very rude when telling me they won't come out to my place but yet they take my neighbors. Not impressed with the attitude. I was completely respectful but regret it now.

3 stars because they were great about pick up on wednesdays, but are terrible about returning calls to discuss matters with customers. I was able to pay off a bill in full that my boyfriend and his brothers fell behind on (before I even stepped into the picture) a while ago, and I have tried calling multiple times to speak to whoever does the books to see if we could get our dumpster back and NO ONE has called back after being told they would. It is frustrating that I am trying to make things right and no one is returning the favor.
