Lou was great.. Showed up when he said he would, got right to work ..fixed the washer problem..then fixed a refrigerator concern (not on his schedule) Pleasant and professional. Highly recommend him.
He was quick and honest. Told us that it'd cost more to fix our dishwasher than just buy a new one. Gave a solid recommendation for a better quality brand on top of it.

I had to wait a while for Lou's to come fix my Kenmore dryer but it was totally worth the wait. My problem got fixed and I got valuable advice on how to avoid further malfunctions for free. Great results. Highly recommend

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Was able to quickly repair a major leak in my dishwasher, and worked tirelessly on my partner's broken washing machine. Appreciated his communication and willingness to work out solutions to some vexing issues with our machines. Highly recommend.

I found Lou to be professional and reliable. He quickly found the problems with my appliances and fixed them. He squeezed in my oven repair during the busy week before Thanksgiving so that I would be able to do my Thanksgiving baking. I recommend his work.
