Jeff destroyed the fabric of my chair while estimating it, refused to fix the problem and lied about it. I brought my vintage chair in to get an estimate for reupholstering. During the estimate, Jeff pulled out a pair of pliers grabbed a tab of the fabric and ripped a strip the length of the back of my chair. I asked him to fix the damage and he said that the material had disintegrated on it's own. This was after I watched him pulled the fabric apart. I called him on his blatant lie and he told me my chair was a "piece of sh*t" anyway.
