Roger absolutely saved the day and came out right away to help me fix my washer/dryer combo even though it is a brand he doesn't typically service. I am going out of town and was in a real pickle trying to figure out what to do and couldn't get ahold of any other repair companies. I would highly recommend calling Marcotte. They are amazing!
Quick and friendly service for a great price, he fixed our dishwasher that was flashing an error code and refusing to start. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Marriott’s appliances. They answered my initial phone call away, came the same day. Was thorough, gracious and helpful. Kept me informed as he waited for a part to in and then prompted scheduled follow up to install and complete the repair. We are grateful for the excellent service!

They came to service my dryer. However they could not find the problem. So I got bored and fixed it myself. Called back to let them to know what the problem was that was stumping the tech. Lady on the phone asked me why the **** would I call them if I could fix it. I told her that I was busy, and I wanted to support a local business. So they hung up and ver reciever a bill from them. In short, they failed to diagnose a bad thermostat - this is a part you can test if it works by checking continuity of the part using a $5 multimeter. Part it's self was $5 bucks.

our 5 year old fridge was not keeping temp...Marcotte's had always been on the spot helpful with our appliances previously...I will admit I did not purchase the GE fridge from them, and the vendor we purchased from is gone..I called Marcotte's, Lorraine, I believe, walked me through a troubleshoot on the phone, didnt work, and Roger was there at 8:30 the next morning...replaced the failed component in about 5 minutes..great work and super response...!! BTW...I have learned my lesson....shop local!!

I absolutely love Marcotte's! They are reliable, friendly, and so helpful. I appreciate their service, advice and commitment to their customers. They do wonderful work and I have bought all of my appliances from them. Shop local!

Amazing experience. We called for help installing our washer and dryer. The place we bought it would not take upstairs or install. So we called Marcotte who and went above and beyond to get us taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you!

These folks are the best! They are very supportive of my DIY efforts to repair my own appliances. They provide me with easy and fast access to parts, with a little guidance and advice thrown in free of charge. They've never steered me wrong.

Amazing customer service. They take care of all our appliance needs: dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge. On more than one occasion, it has been Mr Marcotte himself performing the work. He's in an out and I have yet to call him to fix a repair he made. Everything he does is top-notch work with great attitude. Thanks for everything!
