I used The Janitors 3 times (would have been 2xs but they promised me a reduced cost on #3 to make up for #2). Some quick facts: 1) All 3 times the team was late - ranging from 1 hour to 3 hours 2) Each time the team was different, so no ability to 'train' them on what you like 3) No consistency in the quality - the first team was great, the second HORRIBLE 4) they auto charge your credit card so you have no ability to see/confirm the amount before. This became an issue when they over charged me. 5) They are very slow. It took 2 people an hour longer than it normally takes 1 person to clean the house, which made the cost very high.
On the plus side, they did make it right when the second cleaning team did such a bad job (didn't wipe down the couch, hair still in the drain, didn't clean bathroom tile, improperly made beds) by reducing the cost of my third visit. However, the third group took over an hour longer, so in the end, I still ended up over-paying.
I do not recommend them.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. A warning for everyone. Not only do they do a horrible job, it cost 7 times what they quoted me. If you do happen to make the bad decision to use them, make sure to get the quote in writing as they do a bait and switch and threaten you if you don’t pay. 100% a scam business and can’t believe they are getting away with it.

They charged twice as much as they quoted to sit around and do laundry. We were told laundry would be taken off site, as we were not willing to pay more than $200 for our clean. Our home was cleaned a week ago, not nearly dirty, and they tried to charge over $400 for a turn over!

In the process of selling our home and a friend recommended The Janitors. We received a very fast response and cleaners showed the very next day. We are very impressed with the results, our home has never looked so immaculate! Thank you!

I picked their deep cleaning because I saw the good reviews on Google and thought it would be a good choice but was utterly wrong. It was a total disappointment. They sent 4 guys/gals to my house and was like 4 hours later than the appointment. The people who showed up showed literally zero motivation to do the job. Everyone dragging their feet doing the bare minimum. They don't even clean the surfaces well, not deep at all. I felt really bad because I was there seeing what they do and had to point to the obvious areas they intentionally avoided. It was a deep cleaning service but they did not do windows sills, no drawers, no mopping (because they forgot to bring the mops is what they said), basically worse than your regular weekend cleaning. Total waste of time and money. I wish I could upload the pictures after their cleaning, so everyone can see the quality.
