After getting zero help from Home Depot or Maytag on a defective one year old washer, I purchased a Speed Queen washer from Express Appliance. Best decision I ever made. Courteous service, fast delivery, and I couldn’t be happier with my Speed Queen - it was worth every penny.
Update: I have since replaced my equally bad 2 yo Maytag dryer with a Speed Queen dryer from Express as well. The door was installed backwards and they came the next day to fix it. I will never get another appliance from a big box store again and I highly recommend Speed Queen and Express Appliance as a local appliance dealer.

After initially ordering a dishwasher from one of the big box stores and being hit with delays and potential install issues, I contacted Express Appliance and I'm so glad I did! Jack was very responsive, walked me through a couple of options, and we got the dishwasher installed in less than 2 weeks.

After having an awful experience with Lowe’s and their delivery drivers, I found out about Express Appliance. I knew which washer and dryer I wanted and was able to call the store and ordered them over the phone. I was able to schedule a delivery for later that week and my experience with the delivery driver was a complete 180 from what I dealt with at Lowe’s. Express’s delivery driver was great; super friendly and he’s been with the company a long time and really knows what he’s doing and is very efficient. I would highly recommend Express over one of the box stores in the area, especially if you’re going to have your appliance delivered to you.

I found they had better prices than the big box stores and faster delivery times. I also had a great experience because after ordering an appliance I was miraculously able to repair my existing one and didn’t need the new one. They were willing to cancel the order for me for a full refund which was really kind since they had already ordered it and gotten it to Vermont. Honest & reasonable—highly recommend.

Had our washer die on a Friday night. I have two kids under the age of four and couldn’t go the weekend with out doing laundry. I called the big box stores and got no help at all. Stoped at one and they had nothing in stock and everything was back ordered. My brother in law suggested Express Appliance and the experience was great from calling ahead and getting someone competent on the phone to loading it in my truck. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Can’t go wrong with a Veteran owned local business.

Great experience! The place we bought our washer and dryer from couldn't take it upstairs and install it. We have two kids and wash was piling up. Express was great - they got it upstairs, installed everything fast and right, and there was not a scratch on either the walls or the washer dryer. Thank you!

We ordered all of our appliances for our new home just two years ago from Appliance Express. It was one big disappointment after another. The Ilve range was the wrong one, after months of waiting for the correct one to come it, it never worked properly. We had the serviceman half a dozen times in the first few months over trying to fix it. Not only is that not supposed to happen with a new range but hugely inconvenient. The refrigerator was the next to go. About a year after purchase the ice maker completely stopped working. We woke up one morning to a massive puddle on our wood floors, from all the ice melting in the freezer. A lot of money, and a few service calls later, it still does not run properly. The latest appliance to stop working is our washing machine- again, only two years old and we are being told we need to put in over $600 to fix it. What a disappointment. We tried to buy local, and Appliance Express has failed us in many ways. It's like this place sells refurbished junk. I advise everyone to stay away from this store. It has cost us a lot of money, time and inconvenience to buy from Appliance Express.
