Joe spent a lot of time inspecting, serving and cleaning our ductless air conditioning units. He also resolved an issue with a spigot. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Greatly appreciated his efforts!

Prompt,courteous service Steve the service tech took time to explain the problem with furnace so I understood what they were and the process to repair. Very pleased with outcome. Highly recommend and will call again if I need service.

Benoure unfortunately was a disappointment in the job performed, customer service, and cost. I had them come to do a service pre-inspection on our forced air heating unit, which was in fine condition. They charged us for an 1.5 hrs of labor when they were only here for an hour max, and then after they left the thermostat suddenly stopped working after functioning fine for 4 years and getting a thumbs up from the servicer. When I called to ask, the lady the answered told me to change the batteries despite the thermostat not having a battery at all, and having a remote sensor. She basically yelled at me and over-spoke me when I tried to discuss it and give her a model number, she said she "googled it". What happened is that the emergency switch on the furnace switch was off, and they never even offered that as a solution just yelled at me. Overall, would not recommend.

Highly recommend Benoure! Everyone I worked with there was super friendly and helpful, from Grace on the phone line to squeezing me into a last-minute appointment to Steve who came out to save my boiler. Thanks all for your great service!

Steve came out to our house and quickly replaced a pump in our boiler. He showed us exactly what he did and explained why. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We’ll definitely be calling Benoure plumbing if we have needs again!

Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room. We won't use another company. Benoure treated us great, and I don't think we could find any better. Thank you to Benoure, Ryan and Patrick!

We were left without heat and hot water when our NTI boiler went down in the middle of the night. We called quite a few HVAC companies and didn't even get a call back from most of them. We should have called Benoure first. A very nice lady answered the phone right away and sent a fantastic technician named Steve out within a few hours. Steve walked me through what was going on over the phone which I found really professional. He was able to troubleshoot the boiler and fix the issue in two hours. We are extremely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Benoure Plumbing Heating and AC and look forward to using them in the future!

A neighbor recommended Benoures to us to install a natural gas boiler/water heater combination unit. I had no prior knowledge of this company. Chris and his team did fantastic work! Work was completed on time. They graciously answered any questions I had. I asked if they would be willing to hook up a new gas range while they were here and how much they would charge. They did it for free since they were already here for the other work. They even offered to move the old one into my garage for me. They really went above and beyond of what I was expecting. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family!
