I tried to contact this company to develop a b2b relationship and was treated rudely, basically hung up on. No reason for that, and disappointing here in Vermont, one small business to another.
Need to respond to the business owner's response - that is not a true portrayal of what we were looking for at all. We didn't ever sub-contract anyone, nor was that in our business model, nor do we get involved in any way with other company's billing.
I've had a broken toilet for far too long (far too busy to even remember to call). I had a day off today and called about. Long waits and no chance today from a string of plumbing companies. Then Rick. What a joy to find an extremely competent, independent plumber. He came over in a couple hours. It took him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and no time at all to fix it. Very kind man. I will definitely call him again. So grateful to find a plumber like him.

Rick replaced a water heater for me when it died unexpectedly. He was great: quality work, good communication, fair rates and prices, and was pleasant to have around for the day.
