I worked with Top Shop through Carol from Coakleys in Canton, NY. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly helpful attitude of Adam when he was in my home to measure the job, and again to install. Unlike some contractors/repair persons I hire, I did not have to wait and wonder where they were. They were reasonably early each time and came fully prepared with face masks and tools to troubleshoot any scenario. I also really appreciate the workmanship on the product itself. Thanks so much.

I have worked with Top Shop on the supply side for years (I'm a designer).
Their templater (Nate) is accurate, experienced and excellent with my clients. The office staff turns on a dime to take care of any issues that may come up, and the installation crew works through jobsite issues in the moment, working through things that have nothing to do with them, to get the job done. This is critical, there are many install crews that will walk off a site if everything isn't perfect when they arrive.
This team is great. Feel comfortable working with them!

We ordered our kitchen counter top through Curtis Lumber and we are pleased with the quality and service of the Top Shop. We had a small issue with the counter top after about one years worth of use and the company corrected it without any charge. By the way, the issue was not with the Top Shop,but rather with the company that fabricated the counter top in another state.
Nathan, the service person arrived this morning and as of 1030 AM, the counter top laminate is all fixed. Nate told me that the leading edge that was loose is applied at the factory and had almost no adhesive on it;
Nate was great, is very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job. Too bad Curtis is not doing anymore business with the Top Shop, as they seem to be a reputable, customer oriented company. Please pass on my comments to the owner/manager of the Top Shop
