Honest, responsive plumber who knows what he's doing. We had him come out a couple of times and both times he fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price.
Jeffers replaced our end-of-service life boiler quickly and efficiently. Simply fantastic. Thorough, professional, and reliable. The Jeffers team does what they say they are going to do, when they say they're going to do it. Stop looking & call them! 10/10!!

These guys saved me. I was without water for six days due to a broken water pump in the middle of the summer during a terrible heat wave. I called every single plumber I could find (not an exaggeration) within an hour's drive, and AI Jeffers & Sons were the only ones that were willing to even give me an appointment, despite being a 45 minute drive away. I called late in the day and Ryan was there the next morning (yesterday) to diagnose the problem. He ordered a new pump and installed it early this morning. He went above and beyond to help me, negotiating his own hurdles to make sure I would have water today no matter what. Seriously, please give this guy a raise. Thanks also to Jeff for organizing and Kat (I think) for answering the phone and giving me a chance in the first place. These guys are the *only* ones who treated me like I was an actual person with an actual problem and took it seriously. I can't overstate how much I appreciate their help and I will be returning to them for future plumbing needs.
PS - My previous plumber, Lane Plumbing in Wilmington, denied me service during an emergency due to a billing issue that was never communicated to me, causing me to need a new plumber in the first place (but this review isn't about them, you can read that over on their page). Just know that if you're in or around Wilmington, AI Jeffers & Sons will help you despite being farther away, and will provide you much better service than you'll get around here.

Professional and friendly service. Came out due to an emergency need and fixed the challenge. Highly recommend. Many options in the area but we will call Al Jeffers & Sons for all plumbing needs.

Tim Jeffers team Jay and Ryan came and diagnosed the old heating problem. Tim quickly drew up a quote. The next morning 7:45 Josh and Caleb arrived on time and installed the new furnace and plumbing all in one day. They were professional and neat, no mess to clean up. Furnace was declared dead by Suburban Propane after they tried fixing it for a week. I needed to find someone to find a unit and install as fast as possible. Jeffers & Son was referred to me twice so I made the call. They were onsite within a few hours to look at my dead unit and to get me an estimate. Their quote was more then fair and they were able to get a new unit in that day to install the next morning. The installers were at my house promptly the next morning and worked nonstop. 3 hours later the new unit was custom fitted and up and running bringing much relief to a bad situation. A big thank you to Jeffers & Son, they really came through for us in this emergency.
