We are so happy with the beautiful stone we got from Vermont Soapstone, having gotten another shipment this year after doing part of our house year before last. This newest soapstone for our bedrooms is even more fantastic than the last, gorgeous veins of color that pop out with all our friends being amazed. The latest shipment was damaged but they stepped up and replaced everything at no charge, very much appreciated. We will be getting more soon for kitchen renovation so the whole house will be filled with this beautiful material. Thanks so much for your great product and great customer service.

Very limited supply of stone, not able to supply what they are showing on the website and in the show room. Only one kind of stone available from Brazil. Very disappointing to find this out after putting down a deposit.

I recently got soapstone countertops (not through Vermont Soapstone) and my fabricators weren't able to offer me much information on maintaining them. Vermont Soapstone seemed to be the authority on the material in the country and their website offered to help with soapstone care questions, so even though I felt a little silly I called. They were so incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. While I didn't use their product, I can absolutely vouch for their customer service and expertise!
