Called to make an appointment to have our GE dishwasher fixed. We bought our dishwasher from Costco and this is the company they use for repairs. The woman who answered the phone "Nancy” was extremely rude and then placed me on hold while I was on hold I received a text from her saying she was not going to service our dishwasher and to call Costco & GE again. Would give it a zero star if it were an option. I would suggest not using this company.
Electronics hospital dispatched a tech for warranty service. Tech was nice enough but clearly didn't want to resolve a warranty issue with my washer that was damaged in transport. His excuse was that they had to pay for parts upfront and wait for payment from the manufacturer. 10 out of 10 would not recommend for warranty. They just want the quick payout with minimal effort.

Needed new igniter for Samsung gas oven. Few appliance repair companies service Samsung. Electronic Hospital responded promptly. Service was professional and complete. Would certainly recommend.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my over the range microwave checked and repaired. I was given the number by a warranty specialist for whirlpool. The microwave has completely stopped working. I live in Barre, VT. The woman was rude and said “umm ya we don’t service in Barre, you would have to bring it to us.” It’s one thing that they don’t service the Barre area, it’s another thing to have been spoken to so rudely. I have read reviews about rude receptionists well it is true! I’d rather buy a new over the range microwave than give rude people any business!

Nancy was the nicest, most helpful appliance repair person I've ever talked to on the phone. She eventually even directed me to a way I could get my part for free on warranty. Thank you!

Called with problems on my new Maytag washer. Customer service agent was polite and promptly scheduled the service appointment. A couple of days later, Russ arrived and quickly ran a test, assessed the issue and replaced a part underneath the washer. This is the way appliance service should be and these folks obviously remember the good ol days. I would definitely recommend Electronics Hospital if you need appliance repair.

In response to comment below: If I am outside your service area, why did you call me in the first place? Also, I "tampered with" my dryer only after over a month had gone by and no one had called back, even after repeated calls to warranty servicing company (Costco/Whirlpool, not you). The thought was, if I can replace the two common failed parts, then I could save everyone a lot of time. Unit was under warranty, but I bought parts and replaced. This replacement took about 15 minutes. It's a little more difficult than changing your windshield wipers, but not much! Obviously, I had no idea this would void my warranty, or I would have continued to wait and hope someone would call me back. But, YOU knew this, and even tho you refused to come to my house (because Whirlpool doesn't pay you enough, according to you), you still told them I tried to fix it. "For liability reasons alone, not to mention he's not in our service area, we refused the service call." No you refused it because you weren't going to get paid enough. When I told you what I had tried, you responded, 'oh that's what we would have done.' I only mentioned what I replaced to try to help you resolve the problem. It was a jerk move on your part. And honestly, the fact that trying to fix your own appliance voids your warranty should be illegal.
*If anyone is still reading this, buy your appliances from a local place that services their own sales. You may pay a little more upfront, but considering how poorly made today's appliances are, it will pay off in the long run.*

I called and spoke with someone who pretty quickly dismissed my question. Soon after I hung up the phone a woman named Nancy called me, noting that she saw the negative review I gave about the initial customer service interaction. I described the motor that needed to be fixed and also let her know that I drove 45 minutes to get to Williston today. She said the Electronic Hospital still wasn’t willing to fix my home appliance. Here is a photo of the motor that needs to be replaced. Thank you to Nancy for reacting to the review and giving me a call back to talk about the repair and the impact (one-star review) of my initial conversation with their receptionist. I’ve upgraded my review to two stars.

All I can say is Wow!! We have been dealing with our LG washer having problems completing a cycle since we purchased it nearly 3 years ago and after reading the reviews on the LG website it seemed that LG did not stand behind their products so I never wanted to waste the time or money for service. Instead I continuously tried to trick the washer into completing the cycle and became less and less successful with my efforts. Not wanting to purchase another new machine I decided to call Lowe's where we purchased the machine and talk to them about the issue. They did not hesitate to send Electronic Hospital out at their cost and they sent them quickly. I surely could have saved myself a couple of years of frustration had I ignored the poor reviews and called earlier.
Tom took one look at the washer and knew the problem well. He immediately replaced the main software board and when that did not completely fix the problem he replaced the motor. It is incredible. The machine that has never worked properly for us, now spins every load through perfectly. And I tested it by washing a quilt the first load, followed by a combination of towels and sheets. Both loads that would never complete prior to Electronic Hospitals visit.
Thank you so much Tom and crew!! Do not ever hesitate to call them
