I would like to personally commend Dan for his efforts in helping me to solve a small issue with a hose. I don't usually have occasion to go to FW Webb in Williston, Vermont. Although I know many of the things that I use in my house are contractor purchased at FW Webb. My first experience was a few years back when I had to have air filters custom-made to fit my air conditioning system. The manager personally helped me and he got the order right; and I still have half the box. I don't remember his name, unfortunately. This time Dan helped me to get a replacement hose to that is 1/2 in diameter. Generally, this hose comes standard in 3/8 inch diameter. He graciously made sure to bring the hose in from another location, made sure to follow up so that I knew that it was there, and it was the right deal. Just what I needed. Can't recommend these guys enough.

A year ago my husband and I purchased multiple pieces from FW Webb to outfit our home. Spent thousands of dollars with this company. Purchased five Moen (Weymouth) faucets, four bathroom sinks, a farm sink, two toilets, three (Weymouth) shower heads etc, etc. At this time we worked with Robyn and had a good experience. Fast forward one year... I brought my mom here to pick out four pieces - farm sink, faucet, soap dispenser and a water filter faucet. We had a very unpleasant and dissatisfying experience working with Jason. He seems knowledgeable on the product lines that they carry however his presentation and ability to communicate effectively was very unpleasant, stressful and non productive. Not happy!

Our plumber told us to stop by FW Webb because we were redoing our kitchen and bathroom. Traveled an hour and a half to get there. Went to the showroom three people standing around and they told us we needed an appointment! Very Rude! There were no other customers there. Customer service needs some work. We will go to Home Depot instead.
