A tech came over from Trudell to locate a manhole cover with home owners instructing him where they though it was. He went all over with his metal detector except where it was suspected to be. Wasted so much time that the HOA had to pay for. Totally unprofessional. Finally found it in the area suspected. HOA was probably charged $1k. I could have found it in 10 minutes with a $100 metal detector. Contractors are so dishonest.

Very professional service and courteous staff. I needed an underground location of the septic box and the distribution tubes that feed out to the leach field. My property had deep snow which hindered the GPR location of the distribution tubes. Needless to say the job that was done, only determined partial location. I would recommend this service to locate underground septic equipment, but not when deep snow is present.

TCE did a topographical survey of my property to prepare for landscaping my front yard and for obtaining information for redoing my very steep adjacent driveway. Excellent, timely work. Hope to continue using TCE for next phase of project.

TCE staff have been nothing but amazing! I retained TCE to lead the planning, environmental and septic design process for my residential property. From site testing, to planning to leading the permitting process with the state, they were the best. John and Silken went out of their way to provide me regular updates, educate and advise me and were quick to reply by phone and email. I am very fortunate I found TCE. Strongly recommend them for any commercial or residential engineering, planning or environmental services you need.

I hired TCE to conduct a boundary survey and they were extremely professional, transparent, and easy to work with. A property survey is far from any area of my expertise and they were very patient and helpful in explaining the process and answering all of my questions to make sure that the work completed was exactly what I needed. They literally went well out of their way to get to my property and conduct the survey, which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend working with TCE and Gerald. It was just a wonderful experience all around.
