Large beautiful showroom with a ton of tile to select from. Knowledgeable friendly staff to help with your design and purchasing needs. They sell all the supplies and tile you would need to complete a tile project.
This store has tons of beautiful tiles, however, the staff made shopping a nightmare. I had two weeks to acquire tile, and one staff person assured me there were a limited selection that could be acquired in that time frame. I spent about an hour and a half picking out samples, drove them home, drove back with our choice and talked to someone else about placing the order. The second salesperson told me there was no way I could get tile in two weeks. So, after wasting half a day and driving 15 miles for nothing, I headed to Lowe’s and bought tile they had in stock for a third of the cost.

I wanted to thank Doug Maynes, Regional Manager for Best Tile in Williston for making a difficult and potentially stressful problem with faulty walkway tiles seamless and easy. A few years ago I bought beautiful outdoor tiles for a front walkway and had them installed. Over the next few years most of them cracked. This turned out to be a limited problem at the manufacturer. When Doug saw it he immediately said "I need to fix this." And he did. He hired someone he works with to re-cut and re-lay the entire walkway with new tiles.
You can imagine how stressful this could have been if I had to work with a large, chain store. I highly recommend Best Tile for indoor and outdoor tiles!

I went to Best Tile without any idea of what I was looking for or what questions I should be asking. Nick Culver was incredibly helpful and patient, and ultimately our bathroom renovation is better for his input! I highly recommend going here for all tile related needs.

We have just completed a double bathroom renovation. Working with Kimberly was the best experience. She helped with all the details that can feel overwhelming when you have so many decisions to make. There are so many options and she was able to get a sense of the look we wanted to help guide us to different choices. Her knowledge is incredible. She always made time to discuss questions and concerns. The process was seamless. We would highly recommend Best Tile and working with Kimberly!

We just completed a large project...porcelain pavers on an existing wood deck. From start to finish, Doug and Elaine have be wonderful to work with. Best Tile delivered not only a nice option for our deck, the customer service was outstanding. Doug made sure that our delivery was without a hitch. When additions supply items were needed, we were able to get them immediately. Doug is very knowledgeable about his products.
We remodeled our master bath a few years ago. Best Tile was the go to place for the tile and tile supplies. We were pleased then and now!
Highly recommend Best Tile and staff.

Going to Best Tile was a great decision for us. Buying the right tile for your project is an overwhelming task! Best Tile had everything we need, but being tile newbies we would not have gotten very far if it weren't for our amazing salesperson Diana C. She pretty much crushed it. She listened to my wife, our daughter and me, and somehow helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Cheers

Best Tile was recommended by so many people I know that I didn’t ever shop around for my bathroom renovation project. I chose an inexpensive 12 by 24” gray tile, that became beautiful floors and shower surrounds. I wasn’t ready to take possession of the tile for many months after purchase, and they held it for me without question. For the shower floor I chose a flat pebble design. Again, it looks great. I worked with Kim...nothing but good vibes from her and great suggestions. Thank you!

Working with Best Tile was a great experience, Kim our assistant made the process of tile selection very enjoyable and relaxing. The whole crew at Best Tile were very professional. The warehouse staff is courteous and responsive, and they have snacks and refreshments available to customers. We will definitely return to Best Tile when its time to remodel a bathroom.
