I can’t say enough good things about this company! Dave and Henry replaced our carpet and did an outstanding job! I was also very impressed that they took the time to vacuum and clean up after they finished. They were both so friendly and personable that they made the experience enjoyable! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to meet a flooring need!

Mike was so quick to respond and get our job scheduled asap. He is extremely friendly and professional. He kept every promise he made us. The carpet installer was focused on the job, very organized and experienced in the trade. I highly recommend Mike & Flooring 360 for all of your flooring needs. Mike with Flooring 360 was extremely quick and clear when communicating and scheduling. He made the whole process run very smoothly! The team was respectful and asked useful questions when installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring. It turned out beautifully! We are extremely happy with the outcome!

The flooring is ok for the most part besides gapping issues by some doors, laziness around toilets, and chipped drywall in several areas where trim was removed. My biggest issue with this company was their lack of care for my personal furniture. They took a chunk out of my new bed frame (and said they fixed it by coloring it in with a sharpie) and used my kitchen table as their work area so it had scratches and the legs were loose after they left. And then they ran into problems with removing the toilets (not their fault) but they were completely unprepared for this issue. I left for the day and returned to a sticky note saying they TURNED OFF THE WATER TO MY HOUSE! There was no phone call or communication! How did they expect me to come home and deal with no water for 18 hours with no warning. I received an email from the owner at 5:30pm after I returned home and was scrambling to get water on for my guests staying at the house about the water being off and he was very unconcerned that my household had no water. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I deserved a phone call at a minimum. An installer came back the next day to fix the issue and when I told him we figured it out and asked if he had the part to fix it he said no and just reinstalled the toilet and left. So what was the damn point of turning my water off if you had no intention of fixing the issue and just needed to stay an additional 30 minutes the day before to get it done. Very unimpressed. The job took twice as long to finish as stated prior so even though the guys installing were nice I was happy to have the crew out of my house.

If i could give zero stars for this review i would. mike is unprofessional and couldn’t care less to see the damage done to our home and floors. hired his business to sand and stain our hardwood floors, and we were left with the floors ruined, scratches all over holes in our walls scratches on our walls stain everywhere’s and not even covered evenly. take a look at the pictures ! after he said he wanted to make it right he brought a cop to our house to get his equipment and leave us with this mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND
