ALRIGHT...I'm reviewing Brandon & LL FLOORING here...because as I commented to my assistant when we left the store...'we couldn't have gotten better service'! Remarkable! We were offered all the possibilities to complete a purchase to arrange a tricky time-sensitive important order for incoming workman. All our supplies were coordinated brilliantly with the best attitude and service...to be waiting for us in FLA to pick up items from their Orlando store. We needed the product quickly...sent to the store and awaiting our pick-up in a rush situation; we had all our questions answered in customer first service! Brandon made many calls to coordinate other stores from multiple states for this delivery challenge...and he just now called to give us a confirmation it was completed and waiting for us as a follow -up call. And, his extra service may have ranked as our/my 'ABSOLUTE' top service/attention I can recall having in any store in Vermont. RECOMMENDATION: Ask for Brandon and know you will be happy. ---Linda Wolf

LL was amazing! We bought flooring from them several months ago (which was also a great shopping experience), optimistically thinking we would install it ourselves in our 400+ square foot entertainment space. After months of staring at it we realized it wasn't going to happen, so we requested a quote to have them install it. They got back to us very quickly and were here within two business days to give said quote. After looking it over and checking their schedule, they were actually able to do the next day because of our lucky timing! They were here bright and early, did the job quickly and beautifully, and were super friendly and communicative the whole time. Definitely recommend them!
