We are beyond ecstatic over our gorgeous new wood floors throughout our home! We can't get over how beautiful and stately they look! Coming home from vacation to our home was spectacular. We can't say enough positive things about Woodline Floor's professionalism and their work. It truly was seamless, -- from start to finish! They don't hire contractors but only use their OWN hard-working staff which have been apart of the Woodline Floor Co. (family owned) business for over 25 years. The men were so clean with the cutting of the wood (inside of home & out in garage) and didn't miss a beat when it came to hard-working. Five Stars all the way around. Thank You Woodline Floors!!!! We couldn't be happier!
If you need sanding, they do an ok job. For installation or finish, you should run away. While the original owner seems a stand up guy, the 'children' who are taking over the business seem to have no work ethic when it applies to the quality of the job they're doing. I'll say the quality of the work borders on incompetence at best. So if you need sanding, they're ok, not great, but ok. Some of the issues: They mis-represented the product they sold to us, they improperly installed and ruined several hundred board feet of manufactured hardwood floor and then the finishing they did looks like it was done by a 2 year old finger painter. And it's the gift that keeps on giving.. the floor is oozing soft finish to this day because the finish they used is either old or improperly mixed. We are trying to decide if legal action is worth the efforts at this point.

We had an awesome experience with Woodline Floors. Very communicative and they got our job done on time, which is critical based on our schedule to move in. We had a large area to refinish and everything looked great.

Not the company they used to be years ago. I purchased a bundle of unfinished wood for a floor repair. The width would not work based on my builders looking at it once home. They said I could return if no pieces were missing but when I called them they said they would not take it back due to the bands holding the bundle together had been cut. I offered to bundle it back together for them. The older gentleman (Warren maybe?) I had dealt with hung up on me.
I clearly will not be moving forward with plans to purchase flooring for our basement there.
If you value any sort of customer service I would avoid this business. They very clearly do not care.
Update: I see the owner added a response. To be clear they said it was returnable if no pieces were missing. We are talking about a stack of unfinished wood flooring, not a appliance or Television. Thank you for hanging up on me so I was able to learn what kind of people you are before ordering product for a much larger job.

Unfortunately this company does not adhere to contracts, schedules or agreements. Warren said he would be able to schedule us early if we could get all the demolition done. We got a dumpster, rented equipment, and my husband took 2 days off from work in order to complete the demo on time. They then booked someone else because Warren said there was no way we could get the demo done in time. So we rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The Friday before they were supposed to come, I again email to find out which day they were coming. Warren called me back on Saturday to say he could not do the job for another month. We are now waiting for them to refund our money so we can go somewhere else. Use them only if you are flexible and don't mind being pushed out weeks/months.

I've done three large projects with Woodline. Two I installed myself, the other (way more complicated, closets, stairs...) they installed. Outstanding product line, and the installers - I cannot imagine how a better job could've been done.

We've used Woodline three times for hardwood floors in our home. Every room they have done we have been delighted with their work. The installers Jason and Leonard were professional, wore 'indoor' shoes to keep our home clean, and and did a great job. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for new floors!

We buy all our wood from Woodline. Family business so you always feel like you are being taken care of. Nowhere else would take the time to educate me on what woods I should put over radiant heat.

Wish I could give this scam business 0 stars. Paid them to redo our floors, they neglected to do our entryway and are now asking for an additional $400 to finish the job (the area is 2x3 feet and their cost is usually $2-3 per sq. ft.) They have stopped returning calls and taken no responsibility for their mistake. BUYER BEWARE!
