Great people to work with. The product is much better quality than what you will get at the big box warehouses. I expect the fence to last many years. Prices are proprtional to the product quality.
Owners are miserable, especially the older lady. The guy that works in the yard is a complete dork such a nerd, tries to be confrontational but is just so corny and unprofessional.

We weren't allowed in the office or building, our order was taken over the phone while standing right outside the door. While loading our order we asked to exchange 1 fence rail due to a large defect and the yard working went off on us. Started being extremely rude and got a major attitude for the rest of the time we were there. We drove 3 hrs to get our fence and were almost at the point we were going to leave it all there.

This whole experience was great. I got great advice, they made sure I had all the little odds and ends like hardware and scrap pieces, they knew every step ahead of time and made sure I was prepared I felt like they really took the time to not only teach me what I needed to know, but also listen to what I wanted. Excellent service and and excellent, custom built products. Happily would recommend F.E. Hart to anyone.
