Supply houses in my experience can be the hardest part of the job because of poor customer service. These guys really impressed me, super helpful over the phone, acknowledged me as soon as I can came in, and quite speedy in getting material. I called for some cuts of wire and and other miscellaneous stuff, I was down the road 5 minutes when I called and when I got there I was out the door within 10. Went back the next morning and same experience. Dee best! Edit: A couple years later, this review makes me laugh. Something about it, maybe just thinking about how much I didn’t know at the time ?. The problems I had then seem so insignificant now. Still a great supply house experience though ?. Have a good day ppl, do your best, and don’t worry about the rest.

They misplace orders frequently. They will confirm that it is there, but it is not. There is a major communication problem from the office to the front desk.
