From start to finish, our experience was excellent! Scheduling the design appt was easy. Our designer Lara was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and produced our first layout during the visit. Communication with Lara and the installation team lead Ian was easy as was scheduling. Kevin and Matt showed up on time, got straight to work and did a great job installing our new closets. We would absolutely use them again for future projects.

Elvira was a delight to work with. During the site visit she asked excellent questions to really help us decide what we need and want in our new closet. Since ours was part of newly built home we wanted to make sure we worked with someone professional and experienced and who offered great ideas and quality. Matt did an incredible job installing the closet system and the space was transformed into exactly what we were looking for. We had two of our bedroom closets upgraded with a beautiful design from Inspired Closets and are thrilled with the results. From the very start of the project, the Inspired Closets team was wonderful and easy to work with. Lara collaborated with us to come up with a design that was functional and stylish. On installation day, Pete was prompt and ready to begin working. Recently, we hired Inspired Closets again to help complete custom bookshelves, storage, and a window bench in our home office. Lara and Ian were wonderful to work with again and assisted us in creating a design that helped us make the most of our office space while still staying within our budget. Lara come to our home prepared to design a beautiful piece (she even remembered personal details about our family which shows that Inspired Closets is a personal/family-oriented business!). We went into the showroom to talk with Ian about some of the smaller details of our design and between both of them; we were able to create a beautiful custom addition to our home which we know will add value and organization to the office. On installation day, Kevin was thorough, flexible, and worked around our schedule. The installation only took about 6/7 hours and the finished result is beautiful! We felt very comfortable having the team from Inspired Closets in our home. Overall, hiring them has been a wonderful experience and the completed closets really add value and functionality to our home!

Wow what a difference! Our closets are more attractive, more updated and more efficient than before. I wish we had taken before and after pics, the improvement was so dramatic. The old shelves were those messy, unattractive wire contraptions from the 1990s. Everyone at Inspired Closets was personable and communicated well. Highly personalized and excellent service. Elvira visited our house and gave us advice and 3d models immediately. Matt the installer was polite, friendly, clean and efficient -- not a spec of dust was left anywhere. A real pleasure doing business with this company!
