These guys were very disappointing. As an electrical contractor we are always renting lifts and using them for projects. We decided to use birch equipment as they were close by a project we were on. We filled the form out online and nobody contacted us. I proceeded to call them and got a lift set up. They said it would be $345 for an articulating lift. They dropped it off and we used it for 2 hours. Afterwards they charged me $700 dollars. When I called them they said it was $150 to drop off and $150 to pick up. This was never discussed in the beginning stages. I ended up eating $300 to my customer and birch equipment wouldn’t work with us. They wouldn’t work with us at all on the prices. As a local business I will take my business somewhere else who is upfront with there pricing.

Five out of five stars easily! The best, well serviced, huge range of rental equipment in the Anacortes area. And keeping with the Anacortes excellent customer service reputation, these folks are par for the course ?
