I would absolutely call Dennis again.He is polite and knowledgeable. He shows up on time and is very efficient. His prices are very reasonable. He reattached my dishwasher and used much better brackets than the ones that came with it. He also fixed my microwave. He had to make 2 trips as the first component didn’t work and he had to order another part. He didn’t charge me anymore even though he had to order another component and make a second trip. He is an absolute jewel and I’m so glad he was recommended to me.
We had a dishwasher issue that required replacement of expensive part and a lot of labor to do so. The process by the tech was very professional - from communication to the actual work to checkup and cleanup at the end - it was great, quick and reasonably priced given the issue at hand. We would highly recommend Eastside Appliance Repair

Technician Denis was on time, polite, professional and described the problem and its solution. I was impressed with the speed of repair, Denis accomplished his repair in less than half an hour. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Eastside Appliance Repair. My microwave door would not close and stay closed. Denis was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 45 minutes. My microwave works like new! I will definitely be using Eastside Appliance Repair for future appliance needs.

Outstanding service, arrived when he said he would come, extremely competent, even offered to clean the floor behind refrigerator. Went well beyond what was expected. Highly recommend the company and especially Denis.

Dennis from Eastside Appliance Repair did a great job “tuning up” our dishwasher before new hardwood flooring is installed soon. He verified that the Miele was in good working condition in spite of being 2+ decades old (decades, not years!), he leveled the washer and aligned the door, and he even repositioned the machine in the cabinet for a more pleasing look and efficient functioning. It was clear that he knew and understood the Meile dishwasher well…all work was completed in 1/2 hour at a very reasonable price. I was COMPLETELY satisfied.

Really good 1 day turnaround. Repairman had what he needed on his truck, and 45 minutes after arrival, he was done. I'm grateful to have my clothes dryer back in operation. I would recommend Eastside Appliance Repair.
