I have had many items reupholstered including, chairs updated with new webbing and cushions over the last 5+ years. Each time I have received great customer service and completed in a timely manner. All items that I have had redone are amazing, comfortable, and gorgeous. I get so many compliments on my furniture I have had done at Cascade Upholstery. I gave a 5 star, wish I could give 10 stars. I highly recommend working with Cascade Upholstery, you won’t be disappointed:)
I just had the greatest experience at Cascade Upholstery! A button on my couch cushion came off, and Alice said I could come drop in the next day to get it fixed. I took it in today and they fixed it within 5 minutes! She didn't even charge me for it. Now that is great customer service! I will definitely be returning here for any upholstery needs in the future. Thank you Alice!

Alice and her team are brilliant and so easy to work with. They are thoughtful and really dial in all the details so you know your project is going to finish at its best. As an interior designer, I appreciate Alice's expertise and talent. From custom design and constructed pieces to small slipcovered ottomans, Cascade Upholstery can do it all.

I can't say enough amazing things about Cascade Upholstery. Upholstery Bellevue offers some great choices, UNTIL YOU GO TO ALLISON'S SHOP! They absolutely blow the competition out of the water. As a women, I felt far more comfortable in this clean and open establishment.

Alice and her highly talented crafts people do an exceptional job time and time again. We absolutely recommend them. Cascade Upholstery does amazing commercial work as well.
