Very responsive from the beginning. Arrived on time and very willing to troubleshoot your needs and flexible with any last minute additions. Professional from start to finish would definitely call Sam (owner) and his company again !!!

Wow. They are great to work with. Called then had to cancel then recalled and they were at a time that they were able to come right over. They knew what they were doing and did it fast!! I'll reuse you again and also spread the word out!! Good clean job!!

Prompt and courteous service. They sent someone out to take a look at what I needed done, quoted me a price, and gave me contacts for getting some things taken care of that they don’t do (junker car and hazardous waste). They sent out two burley guys who worked very hard for several hours to load up and haul a huge amount of trash - some of it difficult to handle. This service is well worth the cost. I would not hesitate to recommend or to use them again should the need arise.

My experience was awesome! Guys came exactly when they said they would, took care of my old mattress. Easy and super fast, entire service took 10 minutes including us walking to my unit in the apartment building. Staff was very nice and friendly! They accept checks, cash, and card, so it’s super convenient. Price was also very affordable compared to renting U-Hal where you’d still have to carry and deal with your junk yourself, or other junk removal services in Bham (I did my research). I didn’t have to do anything except calling and scheduling time for pick up. These guys are professionals, the entire experience was 10/10! Definitely convenient and very affordable.
