Jose’s have done several big jobs for us as well as regular maintenance and we are very happy with their work. These guys are prompt, professional, and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.
I contacted Jose's Landscaping because I needed help maintaining a property that was far too much to handle on my own. Their estimator, Manny, came out within a few hours and was great to deal with. Today, the crew completed the first cleanup of my property and I couldn't be more pleased. They were polite, professional, efficient, and had an excellent work ethic. My property looks great and I look forward to continuing to work with Manny and the rest of the team for bi-weekly lawn care. Highly recommended!

Jose's Landscaping has far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough good things about them. I was looking for a landscaper and had given up hope when I contacted Jose's. Other landscapers either did not bother to return calls to set up a job, or they were ridiculously high in their estimates. Jose's estimator came out within hours of me calling them, I had an estimate within a couple days, and my job scheduled the next week. They got my project finished in the time frame they promised. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Manny, the work coordinator was super accommodating when we added extra work and really made us feel taken care of. My project included building a flagstone path, and redesigning my yard with new sod and mulched areas. I love the result and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Jose's if you want quality work, friendly and responsive service, great customer care, and reasonable costs. Thank you to Manny and all the crew at Jose's Landscaping. As a very happy customer, I will definitely hire them again! GREAT JOB!

Luis and the team from Jose's Landscaping were just stellar. A complete rebuild of a backyard is complex, with inevitable points of evolution and fresh understanding, and they navigated all of these with us very smoothly.
The workers were just terrific, with a strong sense of quality and goodwill. Luis and the team listened to us as we understood things differently, and we adjusted as we went along. The patio is beautiful, as are all the curving boundaries of our new planting beds and natural meadow. Would highly recommend Jose's!

We hired Jose's Landscape to a spring cleanup. They were easy to contact, were able to come out quickly and did an excellent job for a fair price. Would recommend.

Needed help with some spring cleaning, including weeding, pruning, and top dressing with mulch. Jose's gave me a reasonable quote and was able to schedule the work very quickly. The crews did a fantastic job and I'll definitely use them again for any future landscaping needs!

We have used these guys for quite a while and have been dissatisfied the entire time. We originally had them tear up all the existing grass, moss and weeds then level our yard, reseed and perform regular weed and moss abatement, along with mowing and edging. They say you get a one year warranty on the work, but good luck getting them to make good on it. They did not put enough dirt in our backyard to level it, then when we brought it to their attention they tried to get out of fixing it. After several more inquires about it they finally came out to redo it as part of the original scope, but then asked us to pay for the additional yards of dirt after they told us it was included. Eventually they agreed that they made a mistake and did not continue to pursue us to pay for the extra dirt. I hoped it’d be all good after that. Unfortunately that was not the case. We did our part by keeping it watered for the seed to take root and have been paying for continuing maintenance, mowing, etc services. In short after paying this company thousands of dollars our yard looks awful. We called them about the moss and weeds coming back and they are supposed to be treating it, but nothing has been done. Take a look at the pics to see what you’d be paying for by hiring them. We are very, very disappointed and feel like we got swindled.

I would highly recommend this crew for any of your landscaping needs. They did a general spring clean up as well as a number of specialty landscaping projects for me, including fixing a blown down fence and installing gardening beds. The quote process was easy and fast and I had an estimate, was scheduled and the work was completed in less than a week. The crew was quick and efficient. One big thing I appreciated is they took the time to get my opinion on certain aspects of the project, but in others they took the initiative and made a choice (and they were all excellent choices). The end result was better than I could have ever expected and their attention to detail was impeccable. I don't have any good comparisons for pricing but I felt they were very fair with how much work was done.

Our backyard lawn had deteriorated over time and had a soggy area in one section. So I decided to have our lawn removed and replaced with new sod and a French drain installed. After having an estimate completed, I hired Jose's Landscaping to do the work and am very pleased with the results. The crew started immediately and completed all the work on a 1200 sq ft lawn in two days. They removed tree roots, added plenty of premium topsoil, and it looks amazing! The crew was very professional and timely and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a large yard project.

We contacted Jose's L&S after getting quotes from two other companies. Maria, the sales representative, was very helpful in designing a project that was well within our budget and met our needs. Initially, there was a backlog until November (2021), but an opening transpired at the end of September. The crew finished the job in three days and the results speak for themselves!
The entire team is very responsive and the communication is excellent.
We have used this company before at another property for landscape maintenance and they are equally good at that task as well.

They arrived on time down to the minute. Completed the job in less than a day as promised. Didn't complain about working in the rain. The quality of the work was better than expected, given the amount of overgrowth that was present. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and that's rarely the case with contractors.

Before I got a free estimate with Jose’s, I had inquired with several businesses with a lot stating they are too busy and cannot accept new business. I was impressed with a certain company because of their presentation and flashy company brochure. That is where it stopped. All flash, no dash and worst yet kept me on the hook for 3 months. Here enters Jose’s Landscape & Maintenance Inc. On 07/20/20, Leo, their estimator was very professional, called ahead to state his ETA and spent time asking me what I wanted done. I took the chance and told him what my dream backyard would look like and had him break it down into two quotes to see what we could afford. As we walked the yard, I gave him my vision and I had a good feeling about what could be. Before he left he made sure he had my correct email address and stated he would get the estimate back to me in two days. On 07/21/20, I received the two estimates. My wife and I discussed our options for 7 days and went with both estimates to extend our patio, build stone steps in our retaining wall, create a paver walkway from the patio that led to a fence which would be rebuilt into a front gate and install AstroTurf. On 07/28/20, we approved the order by sending an email and to proceed with scheduling. Received the confirmation on 07/31/20, that our scheduled first day of the project is 08/24/20. As the weeks and days got closer, Leo checked in with us making sure we were both lined up for 08/24/20. On 08/24/20 the crew showed up along with Leo and Jose, the owner of the company. This was a nice surprise. They did a quick huddle with me and started. Like clockwork they were here at 7:30am. They contacted me anytime they needed to make an adjustment or wanted my opinion and okay on any change. This happened every single day until the project was finished. Yes, the owner Jose was on site for at least 30 min each day, validating the work that his men did and their crew leader Juan was there every day and available for any questions or suggestions I had. On 09/02/20, the job was done pending sealant that needed to dry for 24-48hrs. I remembered before they started, they had to remove pavers I had in the front yard and trim some bushes in order to bring in an excavator. Jose told me dont worry we will put everything back the way it was. The front yard looked better than before! Throughout this transaction, I communicated with Dania, who handles the front office. She delivered messages to Jose and Leo on my behalf, gave me ETAs on the crew and was aware of all the estimates and invoices created for me and was excellent in keeping me in the loop. One thing that stuck with me was what Jose told his crew, “To treat this like your own home.” I could tell they followed this mantra, because everything was so detailed and meticulous. On that last day, I remembered Omar gave me a final walk thru and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. There was a little thing on the new gate that caught my eye and bothered me. Omar and crew leader Juan fixed it to my satisfaction. As they left, Alex took his blower and blew all the dirt from my driveway as the truck left. Talk about professionalism from beginning to end. We want to thank Jose’s Landscape & Maintenance Inc for giving our backyard a dream makeover.

Once again Jose's has made us look good to our clients! There is always some anxiety when we refer any vendor to our clients as a Real Estate Broker but there is never a worry with Jose's Landscaping. All I can say is WOW. Jose's Landscape transformed our back yard into something we are finally able. to love. It was a total wreck before they came out. They completely ripped up our yard to level it and install french drains so it is no longer a mud pit (our yard was sloped toward our house, draining water toward our crawl space), installed new sod, ripped up our patio and installed a beautiful stone patio, built 2 retaining walls, made a path down the side of our house, fixed our gate, and they are coming out again in a couple weeks to replace a section of fence. They were extremely easy to work with and more than reasonably priced. I would absolutely hire them again and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you Jose's Landscape for helping us love our back yard! We spend all our time out there now.
