terrible service and sales. I was trying to order an ADT system and the ADT salesman lied to me, and installed products I never agreed to. Then had me sign 2 different documents, and i find out one had additonal items like a camera, and doorbell which I actually dont have. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days for a branch manager to call me back. outrageous. dont buy from them.

ADT doesn't even deserve a 1. I'd rate a zero if I had the option. Just try to cancel your service! I cancelled within the 3-day cancellation period on 8/17/23. They wouldn't refund money until they picked up equipment. I called 2-3 times a week to get them to pick up equipment (the only way they would accept the equipment). I finally uninstalled it myself, and they finally picked up the equipment on 10/23/23. Two months later they are still billing me and they keep adding to the charges. They now say I owe $678.53. I'm not using the service nor the equipment. It's 11/27/23, and I've called 53 times since 8/17/23 to get this resolved. Grrr. Beware that EVERY ADT phone number goes to the exact same voicemail system. No matter which options you choose, you will end up in billing. Billing can't do anything except take payments, so they transfer you right back to the same voicemail system. It can take talking to 2-3 people and over an hour to finally get to Accounts Management, which according to every rep I've talked to, are the ONLY ones who can solve the issue. I've gotten the run around for 4 months. Thankfully my bank is working with me on this. It's amazing to me that ADT can even be in business.

Terrible!!! I never write bad reviews, but I would give ADT 0 stars if I could. My cameras have not been working for a while. Every time I called the wait time was at least 20-30-40 minutes. Technical support people don’t really know what they are doing. I had one of them to just hang up on me, because she had no clue how to solve the problem. Talked to their billing department, couldn’t hear the person on the other end, asked her if she could call me back. She never did. The worst company ever to deal with!!!

Random sales rep appears at my door around 6pm (name withheld out of courtesy). I open the door thinking it's a friend. I am disheveled, with a screaming infant in the living room, and video call ongoing, and he begins his standard overly positive sales pitch and congratulations on the move, the house, etc, tells me he's a veteran. I am exhausted with little sleep in the past 72 hours. I mentally thank him for his service and hope he has great benefits. He hands me an ADT flyer continuing some form of pitch. I tell him I have a baby in the living room, and very little time. Then he offers to come back and i say please leave a business card and I'll talk to my husband. Then he changes tone, tells me he's done this for two years and knows we won't call him back. I didn't even know what i was thinking ? but apparently he made up his mind. Literally takes the ADT flyer away from my hands. Tells me he gets paid on salary anyway so he doesn't care. *Asks me to CONFIRM I'm forfeiting apparently some MAGICAL $1500 that ADT gave us at the time of purchasing the house and leaves* ? I mean. You can do better than that, ADT? You came to my house to be rude to me? Read the room. Congratulations on sending an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction my way when each second is super precious to a sleep deprived and overworked human. I'm sorry I don't decide anything in the first 3 mins of opening the door to a stranger.

Wow! I have been in customer service a long time and was impressed by the service I got from your installer. I just upgraded to the pulse system and the installer(Ryan Brown) was awesome. HE was knowledgeable and efficient. His work was neat and done in a timely manner. HE was on time and answered all the questions I had for him. HE helped me set up my phone and stuff on my computer. Great customer service is what I received from you ADT installer Ryan. HE does a good job representing you company. Ana was also on site putting my cameras and she was also just as awesome.
