Technician Andy Mattson arrived in a timely manner and made a thorough examination and diagnosis of our furnace. He gave solid information that allowed me the opportunity to make an educated decision on my next step regarding my furnace. Andy is highly professional and I heartedly recommend him and Advanced HVAC.

Excellent service, showed up when scheduled and diagnosed and fixed multiple issues we have been having for a while , that other companies didn’t correct. Fully recommend to make these guys your first call and last call.

Very educational, honest pricing, and great scheduling (gives more accurate scheduling such as 2 hour window rather than other companies that give a 10hour window!). We really loved Toby and Galvin coming in and taking care of our 30+ year old system. ?

The tech that came out was patient and courteous. I had a personal vehicle issue; he was kind enough to help out. As far as the work goes, he was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful to the home.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE AREA ? I can't begin to tell you how much of a loyal customer I am to Advanced Heating and Cooling. I bought my new home over 23 years ago. ? Since it was new, it had a warranty. We had about SEVEN different problems and each of the sub-contractors were a nightmare- except Advanced. A rep came out and worked on the compressor for hours- no charge, no pushback, no attempt to blame us that the unit wasn't working. THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY OF SEVEN THAT DIDN'T GIVE US GRIEF! I'll remember that for the rest of my life because I was so incredibly grateful. ? Fast forward through the years, I only ONCE dealt with another company because I had a coupon for an inexpensive service. That was a HUGE headache since they tried to tell me I needed a new furnace and even had camera footage to "prove" where I had a problem. ??? Advanced came out and did a FREE second opinion- there was no problem with my furnace! They saved me thousands! ? The honesty and integrity of this company is admirable and quite frankly, astounding. Finally, just tonight I realized our house was cold ❄️ and called their after-hours person. Bob called me back VERY QUICKLY and asked a few basic questions and did some basic troubleshooting. It turns out my filter was just dirty and wouldn't let air flow. ALL I NEED IS A NEW FILTER!! And this explains why my allergies have been terrible. I've been feeling sick for a few months and changing the filter fell out of my radar. Companies are in business to make money. I understand that! But Advanced Heating and Cooling does THE RIGHT THING every time. They have NEVER steered me in the wrong direction and they have NEVER taken advantage of me. It's very cold outside and I was more than willing to pay for a service call but Bob just helped me figure out the root problem at no cost. They will be rewarded in the end because I will NEVER go to another company. They have done too much for me over the years. I hear they are under new ownership and the new owner has just as much integrity as the last. If you go through another company, you have to be careful. I'm sure there are good ones out there- but you can't go wrong with Advanced. Twenty-three years is a very long time with nothing but positive experiences! I'm thrilled to hear the new owner is carrying on the tradition of great service at affordable prices- with integrity. ????? ? Thank you so much Advanced Heating and Cooling for all of the amazing service through the years.

The service appointment was good. Charlie was friendly, seemed knowledgeable and explained the processes he was performing. Although it was a bit more than other quotes hoping to have a new reliable source for future needs.

Jim the service technician was absolutely amazing. Last minute during the holiday season he provided us with an after hours diagnostics check that gave us peace of mind and a path forward for repair/ replacement. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and efficient. Thank you Jim!!

I will never use these guys again. They came last Friday to look at my gas fireplace and gave me three options to fix, even though they did not test components. Technician removed the part to replace and left to get replacement, came back with wrong part. Left again to get correct part, came back again with wrong part, even though they had the original part to compare with. By now it is 6:30 PM on Friday so tech says he will get part Monday and complete the job. About 11:30 Monday the dispatch calls to tell me they will be here in 45 minutes. 2 hours later I call and they promise dispatch will call me back. 2 hours later, no call back so I call again. Same story. Tuesday I call to get update and they say dispatch will call me back. 2 hours later no call and we start over again. Third time I call they assure me part has been ordered and they will let me know. Wednesday we start over and after two attempts I actually spoke to dispatch who assured me the part was ordered and should be able to complete job Thursday. Thursday, no call from them. That afternoon I call and am promised they will call me back. Two hours later I call them again and am told part was ordered and should be here Friday. Friday, no word till 2:00 when I call them and am told dispatch will call back, but part shows in transit. 4:00 I call again and am told no part yet. It has now been a full week since they came to my home. Nothing has been fixed, and I have no idea when it will be. They still have my original part so I can not find one myself. NEVER NEVER NEVER ever use these guys.
