We had some minor leaking through our metal roof and Greg for OTR came by to inspect. His recommendation was a re-screw as the roof was well over 30 year without ever having that done. He went so far as to show me on the roof what the issue was. His bid for the job was very competitive and we gladly awarded OTR the job. They got it done within the week and only took them one day. Most importantly, it solved the issue! OTR is an honest, competent, and hardworking company. 5 stars!!!!!
When it was time to replace my 20-year-old roof, I got estimates from 6 different roofing companies. I made sure to get one from On Top Roofing because of how responsive and cost-efficient they were when I had an emergency roof leak earlier in the year.
Their bid for a new roof was competitive and comprehensive, and I knew the Malarkey shingles they use are among the best in the industry, especially for use in PNW weather.
Greg answered all my questions about the bid and their process, and explained how they protect all nearby plants/shrubs, and OTR won my business. The crew arrived on time, which was a very good sign!! They explained how they would start, how they would take photos throughout the process and if they discovered any surprises when they tore off the existing roof, they would discuss options with me before moving ahead with work.
Everything went smoothly, there were no surprises, and they even used fewer sheets of plywood than they had estimated. When they finished the roof, they were meticulous about their clean-up, and I couldn't see any evidence they'd even been there except for my beautiful new roof. Is it wrong to be so excited about a new roof? It looks amazing and I feel confident it will protect my home for many, many years to come.

From the inspection and estimate through completion of the project, Greg and his team did a great job. They were professional and hardworking, kept us informed on status of the job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The new roof looks great!

We had an emergency with our roof and they came the following week and got it done in less the 2 days. Everyone on their team was amazing and professional, they cleaned up and were up front about their pricing.

We had a roof leak by vent on roof. We called On Top Roofing and scheduled an appointment and were pleasantly surprised to get an immediate appt. the next day! Greg came out and was very professional and thorough in inspecting problem. He solved our problem. I would definitely recommend On Top Roofing.

Greg was at my house on Monday and thoroughly inspected my roof plus took a look at my attic. He explained why my roof was in a sad state and said how he could fix it and what materials he would use and what venting system he recommended for the weather conditions at my location. He was willing to negotiate in view of another bid from a different company. His crew arrived at 8:15 on Thursday morning. By 5:00 my old roof was gone and I had a new one with all associated problems solved and old plywood replaced where needed. This was included in the bid. At one point I counted 8 men on top of my roof all working in concert with each other. Clean up was grand. All friendly and respectful workmen. Highly recommended.

Greg from On Top Roofing responded immediately to my call as promised and diagnosed where the leaks were coming and personally took time to show me. He explained the right roofing materials needed for the job and answered all of my questions. Amazingly, Greg understands HOA policies which can be hard to navigate even for homeowners and had his his crew repairing my roof within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this company and plan to call Greg for any future roofing needs.

I noticed a small leak spot in my kitchen ceiling. Called on Saturday, talked to Greg and he scheduled an inspection on Monday. Showed up in the morning. Determined it was probably a gutter issue versus roofing issue. Cleaned my gutters while up on the roof. Charged me a very minimal fee. Very personable guy, professional, and knowledgeable.

From the initial bid process, the ordering of specialty roofing materials, to the scheduling and completion of the project, the owner personally kept me informed.
