The folks at The Dock Company were great to work with from the first phone call to the last interaction. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Quality of work is top notch. Great experience!
The Dock Company team installed a lift and cover for us last year. After sitting all winter we couldn't get the lift to lower. This was 3 days before we had a full house for the 4th. I knew they were very busy but they were able to get someone on site to get the lift operational to save our holiday. Thanks again Dock Co.

We purchased a dock, boat lift and later added a pontoon platform. For each of these purchases we received great service and attention. Dave who handles sales and manages projects took great care of our dock related needs even after all the work was done. Customer service is A-1! Shop staff and installation crews were all great to work with. I highly recommend them for you dock and boat lift needs.

Installing a new dock can be a big project. In our case, it took almost a year of permitting -- and permits from many government agencies -- before we were even ready for the installation. And when it comes to construction, it's a project you want done right the first time.
We considered a couple different alternatives, but ended up choosing The Dock Company for our dock because (a) they have more experience than anyone else in North Central Washington, (b) they are well-known both to the engineers and government agencies, (c) we really liked how the team was willing to work with us to save money where it made sense (e.g., reusing an existing concrete abutment) and invest where it made sense (e.g., selecting a few upgraded materials for better service life).
The construction project went extremely well. I'm a professional engineer, and have managed construction in the past, and my expectations are pretty high. The Dock Company was great. They gave us a date when they would be on-site, and everything happened just like they said it would. They were on-site for a few days, and the progress was fun to watch. Having seen a few horror stories unfold when less-experienced companies were used, we were extremely happy with our experience and our decision to go with them.
Overall, I would recommend The Dock Company for any installation, and would absolutely use them again. It's a great team.
