I have had work done with Jim Miller before and was very satisfied. I had a MAJOR main bathroom remodel that involved tiling a stand alone shower, tub and floor. Jim worked with us on design, tile selection and installation. Jim's tile man was a miracle worker which made our bathroom look like something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Yes there were flaws which Jim worked with us and got the job done to our COMPLETE satisfaction. It means a lot to me to have a contractor that I can trust. I would HIGHLY recommend All Flooring and Jim Miller, you simply cannot go wrong.
We had our floors installed in February by All Flooring. We had to have them came back again in August to replace them because they were not installed correctly as you can see in the pictures it is peeling and coming up it is a disaster. I refuse to call Jim back he is rude and very unprofessional and he has already done my floors twice. I would not recommend anyone have to go through this.

We absolutely love our new carpet done by All Flooring! They are beautiful! Jim and his team were great communicators, professional and did the best job on our floors. From start to finish Jim did a walk through , explained the process, what to expect, and recommended different quality products. We had a tight schedule to complete it for a family holiday. He was accommodating and understanding. The team arrived on time and completed early! The price was great for the best quality and they cannot be beat in customer service! Highly recommended!!

The guy's an absolute crook & has no clue how to communicate measure anything or design a kitchen, listen to the customer, or fix his errors. He is simply out to rip you off. I had to pay 3 other contractors to fix his screw ups. Awful experience

I have work with Jim at All Flooring Wholesaler on 4 separate occasions.He has done excellent work every single time. The first job was a simple one room carpet replacement. The second was very expensive granite countertops and island in the kitchen and vanities in 2 bathrooms. The third was a whole-house carpet replacement. And now the last was a master-bath remodel including custom-made tile shower and tile floors. Every single job has been topnotch! Jim has gone above and beyond to make sure that we the customer are more than happy with the end result. I will continue do work with Jim on all of our future home upgrade needs!

Had water leak in Family Room, needed to replace carpet. Staff was great to work with to get the carpet expedited and ready for install. Installers were great to work with and most important it looks fantastic.

James and his team are great. I have done business with All Flooring Wholesalers for around 5 years and they are always great and responsive. Great local flooring/carpet company here in the Kent, Covington and Maple Valley area.

We purchased carpet for our home from All Flooring three years ago. We found they had the best price, they didn't charge for an estimate and they got the job done fast. They offered a 1 year warranty on the installation of the carpet. When after 3 years the carpet was becoming stretched and wrinkled I gave the owner Jim a call. He was kind enough to stand by his products and foot the bill to have our carpet re-stretched after our warranty had run out. While they guys were stretching they found that the carpet wasn't holding up it's 10 year warranty and was beginning to break down. They replaced the carpet in this room and even did it on rush for me the week of Christmas because they knew I had company in town. In the end Jim probably spent $500 plus out of pocket to make my installation right three years later. Thanks Jim for going above and beyond.

If I could have put negative stars, I would have. The owner, James Miller, was rude and extremely unprofessional. He makes appointments, then doesn't keep them, nor does he respond to voice messages, texts or e-mails. He had me go to Home Depot for carpet samples. After I waste my time, he doesn't show up for the appointment he proposed. When I call, he's very rude and tells me he "doesn't have time for this". I can't believe this guy is in business! Just Awful.
