Good day. We had our cabin insulated top to bottom. Spray foam in the ceiling and batting in the walls and floor. After the installation, we had a few minor issues/questions. James came onsite, the young man that performed the installation, and answered each question and issue. James returned the day after and finished the issues we had, which were minor in the first place. James not only completed our work, but stayed onsite to go above and beyond on our cabin. We could not be happier with the work and results. Thank You James Shadden for caring for our cabin as we do.

The technician James Shadden came and did the quarterly service and inspection. He greeted me first thing and introduced himself, and asked if I was having any concerns or were seeing any bugs in my home. As always, he did a great job around the house, garage and shed. He even did part of my fencing because he was aware of a nesting type bug that was in our neighborhood. He went above and beyond his duties. He was detail specific, efficient, professional and friendly. He communicated with me regarding what he found. I'm very happy to be a Prosite customer.

We had Prosite Pest Control come out to inspect for rodent problems. Manny, their inspection technician was very professional and personable. I would recommend them highly.

I have used them two times now for bees ... very organized and effective scheduling and the Techs are capable, courteous and professional. Prosite is now my "Go-To" resource for all things pest.
