M2 is a pleasure to work with. I’ve now used them 5 times as a subcontractor on either a WSDOT or County project. Their crews are always great to work with, they’re professional, productive, and their quality of work is always on par. Whenever I call Brock he always makes sure to accommodate my requests and always meets his schedule. I highly recommend M2 for any public or private guardrail work, automatic gates, and commercial fencing.

I agree with what a previous reviewer said. M2 does good work. We had them install a dowel-rail fence and we are very happy with it--it turned out fantastic. However, their communication is terrible. To get the fence built, I had to call them 6 or 7 times over the course of several months. Every time (depending on who exactly I called), I was either told to call back in a few weeks, or that someone would call me back soon (which they never did). Mark's voicemail was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I just had to keep calling over and over. The reason they don't respond is because they are typically swamped with contract work for the state government, so residential work often gets pushed to the back burner (they explained this to me).
So if you're a residential customer and you want to go with M2, you will probably be happy with your fence when it's all said and done. Just be prepared for a communication nightmare and a lengthy process to get there.

M2 did a huge residential job for me he in Roslyn. Their quality of installation was outstanding only to be exceeded by their service and support after the job was complete! The M2 staff is truly committed to customer satisfaction! Mark, Brock, Rob and the rest of the crew is family in my book!
