**Edited to add additional information showing response from owner is just attempt to save face** BEWARE! Johnson stole money from us by saving our card information and charging it fraudulently!  Our business hired this company to complete electrical subcontractor work. We made two payments through their online card processing company and were provided a final receipt showing $0 owed. Final payment was made November 13, 2023 for $2,475.55. The job was completed and we had no further contact with this company.   On December 15, 2023 we received a receipt of payment to this company via email - charges in the amount of $2,475.44. We immediately responded that this was in error. We did not receive an email response. We then contacted the owner Johnson through text message. He claimed that he was out of town and had not made the charge. We did not hear back from him and for several days and reached out again. He final responded via text and claimed his accountant could not find evidence that the funds were received by their company - even though we had been emailed from his company with the payment receipt. We then went to our bank and were given proof that the funds were deposited into his company's bank account. Once we provided this Johnson stopped responding. We reached out via text, email and through his website. We have had no further communication for 4 weeks and believe he fraudulently charged our bank card and knowingly stole the money from us.

Johnson from clarity electric did a fabulous job for our home. He was early arrived with a smile and went straight to work. We had a lot of outlets and lights switches for him to change. He found many issues we had no idea we had and was able to fix them within minutes! He walked us through the whole process. Made sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it and had us at ease the whole time he was here. Super classy guy, absolute joy to have around, talk to, and have working on your project. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done. Rates were fair and matched the quality of his work, which was excellent. He also took the time to troubleshoot some issues that some prior folks had done that wasn’t quite up to code, and did it without a problem, and got it up to code.
