I’m forgetting his name, but he was right on time. I received a text telling me he would be there in 20 minutes, but he was early (which is nice). He figured out what was wrong with our dishwasher in just minutes and fixable right now. Versus needing to order additional parts. He also was so nice. He also told me great pointers how to help my washer. I hope we get him again if needed.
I am so glad Cameron came out to fix our washer! Another company had ‘fixed’ the slight leak and left the machine leaking like a sieve! So I was lucky enough to get a new/different company RPS!!! And Cameron came out! He was amazing, locating the issue right away! Apparently the previous tech from the other company NEVER hooked up one of the hoses inside and it was left dangling inside spraying water on fills and draining - i could not believe what I saw…. Cameron fully tested everything and even dried out the inside and then proceeded to educate me in the use of detergent and how to do the CLEANING cycle complete with tablets from
amazon. I was so impressed and so happy to not having anymore leaking!!! Cameron is fantasric and really cares about doing a thorough job!!!

Technician was knowledgeable but “labor” was $232.65 for literally a 5 minute repair. A very simple latch replacement I could have done myself had I known the issue, but the service call alone was $125 (was told it was a hinge issue). From the time they walked in the door to the time they walked out was 26 minutes. Sounds like they have a set fee for labor no matter how long it takes. Great if you have a major issue, but really sucks if it’s such a simple issue as mine. My dishwasher costed $399 brand new and I just paid $278.65 to have the latch replaced.

They were courteous and kept my wife who was at home up to date! I'd give 5 stars if there wasn't such a huge time window as it does cut into your day. But I am in service and there is really no other way. Way to go guys!!!!

Cejay was punctual, professional and efficient. Unfortunately the part had not arrived for his first visit, so the repair was completed in two separate appointments. Washer is working great again.

Lane has come to do work for us three different times on different appliances. He is very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this business.

Cameron was excellent. Very professional and knew his stuff. Diagnosed the problem quickly and effected repairs expertly. He was a wealth of knowledge for the upkeep and maintaintence of our dishwasher. We learned so much from him. A great big thank you to Cameron. Job well done.

My experience with RPS was VERY POSITIVE. Cameron listened carefully to my explanation of what
my washer was doing and was clearly skilled in diagnosing the problems. This is where I will go for appliance repair in the future.

Our tech was great. He is the same one that has been here multiple times for repairs. I have 3 dogs and he was really easy going with them. He replaced the circuit board which was under warranty and then replaced the ignitor which we didn't know was the problem with the top stove not working right. Highly recommend this company
