This is the best place for tile, so many selections for our clients. Plus Karen and Eric are awesome and a pleasure to work with, they are so helpful.
Bad services. We want to return an additional box of tile we bought and the sales person refused to accept our return however she said to accept it when we made the order.

I have gone to Bedrosians for many of my flooring needs. Not only do they carry tile that is superior to their competition but the level of customer service they provide is unmatched. I will no doubt be giving them more of my business in the future.

I used to work for a tile shop and purchased from Bedrosians a LOT. Their service was always dependent on the sales rep we had. Recently I’ve been looking around for tile for our kitchen remodel. They had some nice product online so I wanted to see it in person. Their website and google listing says they are open and have no mention of any special precautions because of COVID-19. So I gather up the kids (no easy feat) and travel over 30 minutes to their showroom and the door is locked!!! There’s a sign on the door with a phone number that says they are open by appt only. What a shock, their website had no mention of this. So I call the phone number on the door, wait on hold about ten minutes until I get a guy on the line who does not care at all that I drove to the showroom for nothing. He had an appt coming in and only one group is allowed in the showroom at a time and I could make an appt for two hours later. What am I supposed to do for two hours? He said “there’s nothing I can do”. Well, you can update your website!!! No respect for my time. I’d rather pay more for tile from another supplier than deal with this rude and inconsiderate associate. 2 stars because I do like their tile.

Good place to get Ardex and Schluter products for people in the trades. And, of course, tile. Don't think they sell to the public.
