Did a great job on an old door which had its top bar bent. Replaced the bar, it broke again.diagnosed bad springs. Replaced the springs. And bar again. Made some DIY support so that load did not come on one point but entire panel. Explains the work and enthusiastic.
Did a great job fixing our garage door. On time, had the parts and took time to troubleshoot and fix it completely

Terrible start of the day when I unknowingly drove off with my dog leash tied to my truck and a wood piece I use to keep the garage door propped up went flying thru the garage door. 10 ft out the drive way and I heard a loud bang. And immediately I knew what I had done. Called a garage door person that was recommended by my friend and my initial impression was that he was going to work out well. He responded right away and said he would reach out once freed up. I sent him pictures of the damage and soon after the responses were less frequent (I think the pictures scared him away) so I started looking for new contractors i can deal with (needed this garage door fixed before other members of the family came home from work). Was able to make an appointment with Advanced Garage Door later on the same day at 6pm. Leo and his helper Ben arrived promptly at 6pm (ok ok off to good start). They then began assessment of the damage and not too long after assured me that the door can be salvaged and back to working condition. Well that sounds great but hmmm I wondered what the hell he's smoking cuz so far the people I've talked to either stopped talking to me or said that new door will be needed. Ok guy I wanna see you work your magic and save my butt from the never ending embarrassing comments from my family. 30 mins into his work I started believing in miracles again. The door started looking good (almost better than before). And minute after minute my confidence grew as I had hopes this would be done before anyone noticed. And sure enough 2 hours after they began working the door was finished and the opener worked and functioned as it should (no more wood piece to prop it open). To top it off the final cost was at least 3k cheaper than the cheapest quote i received thus far. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company or Leo and Ben. From start to finish they were professional and worked miracles in repairing my unrepairable garage door. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Don't waste your time with any other companies...call Advaced Garage Door and ask for Leo and Ben. You won't be disappointed....they're MIRACLE WORKERS!!!

I called Advanced Garage Door on Saturday afternoon and Leo came the next morning. He explained to me that I have an old spring system that was broken and needed a replacement. He showed me what the new springs looked like, and gave me options on different lifetime of the springs. He gave me very competitive pricing and went even lower when another company offered price match. I made the decision in about half and hour and he did the job in less than 2 hours. Now my garage door can open and close smoother and quieter.

Great experience! My garage door got hit by the rack on our car. It was bent and tore off the rails and pretty damaged. They came out within an hour of me calling them, which was important because I didn’t want to leave the door open all day or night, and they fixed it within 2 hours and it works like new. For a good price also! Thank you so much!

Fantastic work! The only garage service you will need. Cleaned up the wiring when installing a new unit for me (which they were happy to let me get myself), too. All around excellent.
