Ideal Touch team all do a fabulous job from the front desk and communications to the work they do on my property. I had them out for an initial job to install pavers and clean out the entire yard (new house moved into that the yard was neglected for years). They came out next day and gave me estimates for initial job plus monthly maintenance. Very reasonable prices. They do a great job landscaping whatever needs to be done on the property each month. Their front desk is highly responsive. You get notifications when they will be coming out each month. I highly recommend Ideal Touch for all your landscaping needs. You will not be dissappointed.

They have completed four projects for me over two houses, including a 20-foot deck on a tough slope and they have always greatly exceeded expectations. Besides the quality work, Romel has a desire to do what is best for the customer and you can see it layered into every piece of work that he does for you. Most of all, what distinguishes him is his integrity and ethics to charge a fair price for a great piece of work. And I don't say those words lightly. Something else that we really appreciated relative to other contractors we have been using for other work is that these guys get the work done when they say they will get the work done.
