Gabe and Zach were absolutely amazing during our service for an accidental overloaded outlet. They were able to provide same-day service (within the hour!), great communication, and were efficient upon arrival. Gabe was especially meticulous in his craft, they were both very knowledgeable and gave us lifesaving tips/suggestions on home improvements. They are a very impressive and talented duo! Oh boy, were we freakin! When our hot water system completely failed and emptied all the system's hot water into our mechanical room, a call to Beacon was in order. Once contacted the response was quick and the solution swift. A follow up visit was required for pump repair. Unfortunately, parts for our circulation pump were not readily available. Our service tech, Josh, did a great job keeping us updated during the waiting period. Once received, the parts were installed same day and now our system is running at 100 percent. During a busy Alaska cruise season, we are happy to know that our hotel guests will not have to take cold showers. Hats off to Josh and the team at Beacon. You are great partners in keeping our hotel well maintained.

Dan came to our house for few disabled switches that had stopped working. It turned out the switches were the original switches built with the house and needed to be upgraded. Dan was thorough, pleasant and efficient. Dan walked us through the history of the old switches and explained why LED bulbs would not work with the old switches. All three switches were replaced quickly and Dan was great to talk to, answering all of my questions and explaining the process. I highly recommend Beacon Electrical for any needs you may have.

Mike & Matt did a great job driving a large and complex job to completion, and particularly finishing it out at what I expect it significant cost to Beacon when we had reached the limit of what we could pay. We called Beacon on a Sunday when a toilet backed up in our house, and they responded quickly. After much investigation that day it turned out that the side sewer line from the house had failed. They showed this to us, and we knew of this potential issue from when we had remodeled the house 7 years ago. They gave us options for tactical or a more permanent fix, and we decided to go ahead with the permanent fix. This involved them lining the pipe out to the street. After multiple attempts, that kept failing out near the street, and they determined that our side sewer line was joined by another line with a steady stream of water flowing through it, so they couldn't get the liner to expand & cure properly. At this point, to fix it they had to remove the sidewalk & dig down 12 feet, a huge additional cost that we simply couldn't afford; I was ready to live with whatever we had and cross our fingers. Matt & Mike determined they needed to go ahead in order for the work they'd done to actually work, so they did at their cost. This was a ton of additional work, requiring multiple rounds with the city, hiring a digger, etc. All of it was completed within about a week, with no delays or gaps at any point. Matt & Mike kept us informed about the work each day, and prioritized getting our internal plumbing to a working state at each point in the work.

I called another plumbing company before Beacon and they never returned my call or texts. I called Beacon and immediately received an appointment for the following day. Zadrian arrived on site and worked the entire day and into the evening. He helped us make sense of the multiple water lines coming into our house and then repaired a burst pipe, reconstructed some shoddy internal plumbing that was dangerous, and fixed a leaking shower. The plumbing Zadrian replaced now looks professional and well thought out with insulation, straps, tie downs, and zip ties securing and supporting everything cleanly. Zadrian's combination of great personality, work ethic, and attention to detail are something rarely seen in such massive quantities in any service industry. Zadrian's work is enough to make any customer loyal. I'll be calling Beacon for my future needs.
