I used the Crones Land Surveying to mark out the commercial property boundaries before I have the fence installed. The Crones Land Surveyor did a very good and professional job. And they also submitted the new survey result to the city database, as part of paid service. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Crones Land Survey.

We had a dispute with our neighbor over the location of the property line. We hired a different company but our neighbors hired Crones to double-check the line after our survey was completed. The surveyors from Crones were very respectful and friendly when onsite and determining the line. We had a small miscommunication with the team after the survey was completed to verify the results which quickly resolved itself. Overall, our experience with Jeremy (the owner) as well as the survey team was wonderful.

The surveyor was timely, professional and very polite to me and my neighbors. There was a bit of a surprising result and he walked me and the neighbor through it. It went really well.

Five out of five without any doubt. I am too lazy to write another detailed review in English. So I would like to attach the post I sent to a real estate group in Chinese regarding recommending Crones Land Surveying - Kent (note that only the Kent one with Jeremy and Lisa is the one I am recommending). The following is the translated post (used ChatGPT to translate it into English): Hello, friends. A few days ago, I received an email from Land Survey, the service I used before, asking for help in filling out a Google review. Today, I finally remembered and wanted to take the opportunity to recommend them for their excellent service. When I was using their services, I consulted around a dozen companies in the market (I was surprised at how expensive land surveys were) and spent a lot of time comparing and researching due to budget constraints. Many companies were quoting prices of $2500-3000 for a survey on the east side. In the end, I chose this particular company. They immediately asked for a credit card payment for a deposit. Despite the low price and the owner's sincere but simple presence on social media, after several phone and email communications, I reluctantly made the payment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the cooperation went. The surveyor who came was friendly and we had a great conversation. He also helped me determine the ownership of a tree on the boundary with my neighbor (usually, surveyors only mark the corner points, and it can be troublesome to ask them to reposition later, especially considering that I had a sloping backyard and a small river). Perhaps due to poor marketing by the company, they are now reaching out to me for referrals. I needed to conduct a 4 corner lot survey of my property and obtained a couple of quotes, one for Crones who I saw on an existing survey marker in my neighborhood. Quote for service was provided in a timely and complete manner and was competitive for value and availability. The Crones surveyor was on time and went to work. He was friendly and efficient and allowed me to follow him around as I asked occasional questions. The process was lengthy and required precision measurements from reference points. This survey was valuable as it revealed a couple of unknown facts about my property lines and neighboring properties. One of which was that due to a few encroachments by my property features onto neighboring properties, Crones was required by King County to file and record the resulting survey, at an additional cost of $450. This was explained in the initial contract as a possibility. The Crones office and field staff were pleasant to work with and reasonably timely with communications and follow up. I have referred them several time times to nearby homeowners who have needed these services and would use them again if there is again a need.

I recently moved to a new home on 5 acres and my neighbors gave me conflicting opinions as to where the property lines were located. I had known of Crones Land Surveying from their work in my prior neighborhood and decided to give them a call. They were on time and professional, and even added a property marker in a wooded area on a difficult slope where it was impossible to otherwise see where the property line would be. They've given me confidence in knowing where the corners of my property actually are!
