KDC and their subs did great work. They were communicative with us and our interior designer (Red Door). Full kitchen and master bath remodel. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to others.
I'm in the second half of a major kitchen/pantry renovation by KDC & much impressed by the professionalism and perseverance of KDC staff and contractors. All the basic bones are in place on schedule and look fantastic. I look forward to completion of the finish work and the prospect of cooking in my beautiful new kitchen very soon.

Where to begin?
This was our first major project in our home and we were definitely nervous going in. We contacted Ron at KDC based on some initial reviews, and it’s probably the best decision we’ve ever made. From start to finish, the entire process was easy, fast, and transparent.
I had some ideas about what I wanted to do, but in the first five minutes, Ron made sure to manage my expectations and let me know that they wouldn’t work; we have an older house (I’ve consistently described it as “weird” whenever unforeseen complications arose) whose quirks I hadn’t taken into consideration. After taking a look around, measuring here and there, and asking what we wanted out of our renovation, Ron shot us back a detailed plan within a couple days. We made some calls, got a couple other bids, and after a few weeks, going with KDC was a no brainer.
After some back and forth on materials, budgets, and timelines, we gave the thumbs up, paid our deposit, and within a couple weeks, work began. We had some time considerations for the holidays, all of which Ron, Paul, Matt, and the rest of the folks at KDC were able to juggle without problem. Even during the “week where nothing happens” we had things going on. They had managed their timeline quite well.
Everyone we met during the process (you’ll meet a lot of people during this process) was professional, adept, and a treat to work with. At no point did I feel anxious or uncertain that they’d be unable to get the job done. The cabinetry folks, the plumber, the electricians—everyone was great to work with.
We’ve got a kitchen that we love and regret nothing. Google will only let me give five stars. Were I able, I’d give many, many more. Thank you Ron and Company!

Found this business online. Ron and his team were amazing. My mom needed a bathroom that she could access by wheelchair. He managed to find a great solution in a tight spot. I highly recommend you taking the time to check these guys out. Affordable and nice work.

While the quality of the work that their subcontractors did was great, they up charged 100% for it and the materials. They don't do anything themselves so expect to pay twice the price for any job you contract with them on so that they can make a profit. Make sure you nail them down on the details in writing, as they will do the bare minimum of the wording in the contract. Honestly other than operating a fancy show room and having a nice receptionist to answer the phone, they offer little value to process and simply add a lot of costs, because of this I will no longer do business with them.

If I could, I would give them 2.5 stars. To be brief, KDC lacked the detail work. Sloppy detail work included tiling our kitchen pony wall incorrectly, poor craftmanship on door trim, installing flooring incorrectly, not installing base trim but putting door trim up instead, leaving shim boards in place between cabinets, the plumber also ran into our garage door which we did not fully address...
Also at the time, communication between KDC and ourselves was very poor.
KDC struggled providing updates on timelines. We would also go a week without anyone performing work on the house. I do believe the project manager was replaced since we completed our project though.
However, overall the work was acceptable. Its only when you start inspecting the work closely things start to break down.
If KDC bids at a lower cost, it may be worth it. Ron was also very transparent and fair when it came to pricing.
